David Lee's personal and collaborative method includes:

Mastery Mindset Sessions : Individual Interactive Weekly Coaching Sessions.

  • Module 1: Purpose - This component focuses on self-discovery and is filled with light bulb moments that involve past, present, and future timelines. You will complete this session with a complete understanding of where you would like to see your life now and in the future.
  • Module 2: Dream – This component focuses on self-empowerment through following a structured goal-setting formula which provides the framework for you to explore and set goals for yourself in all areas of your life: Mental, Physical, Spiritual, Social, Financial, Business, Romance & Family.
  • Module 3: The 8 E's of Equilibrium - This session focuses on self-awareness and how to master work-life balance - You will examine how you spend your working hours throughout the day (which, if you work, all the time you work, should only require 8 hours of work each day.) We will agree that 8 hours of sleep is non-negotiable to your life's success story and learn how to guarantee this. Finally, and most substantially, we will dissect the remaining 8 hours of your day to ensure that your available leisure time is treasured, with an 8-step program of daily inclusions and self-respectful commitments.
  • Module 4: Destiny - This session focuses on self-actualisation and follows a plan for potentiality. We explore what daily actions you will get into the habit of adopting and practising and what daily activities you will get out of the habit of which are holding you back and enabling you to self-sabotage or accept dream-crushing excuses that you allow yourself to use.
  • Module 5: Legacy - This session workshop focuses on self-mastery and living your legacy rather than leaving it behind. We will look at lifestyle choices that will ensure longevity and protect your health span whilst accessing youthful energy and attitudes.
  • Each session will explore your learnings from the Mastery Sessions and how they apply to your circumstances each week, as you develop a growth mindset and learn to think and communicate more effectively.
  • You will also be provided with the following:
  • A Mastery Workbook Journal with goal-setting templates so you can track your progress with accountability.
  • Your Destiny Manifesto, for daily inspiration promoting organised thought, journaling cues and actions.
  • We'll agree on goals upfront and what you want from a realistic and achievability perspective within your actionable time.
